Position: Chief Executive Officer
Greta Ranonytė has 8 years of experience in the field of financial services. Prior to joining the association, she worked at the Ministry of Finance, where her focus was on the national fintech strategy, regulatory framework for payments, and digital operational resilience. She has a strong skill set in project management, stakeholder coordination and the legislative process. Greta Ranonytė holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy Analysis from Vilnius University.
For me, being part of the Association means contributing to technological advancements and competition in the financial sector. I am committed to delivering the highest standards in all aspects of our activities, including the services we provide to our members and the representation of their interests to partners and other stakeholders.
Vaida Ražanauskė

Position: Head of Legal Affairs
Over 25 years of experience in various financial fields, specializing in legal affairs, compliance, and regulatory matters. Experienced in providing strategic legal counsel, managing regulatory risks, and supporting business growth while maintaining strict adherence to applicable laws and standards.
Committed to driving legal and compliance quality to help fintech companies navigate regulatory challenges and seize new growth opportunities.
Milda Petkauskaitė

Position: Head of Policy Affairs
Milda Petkauskaitė has over 10 years of professional experience across public policy, finance, and international media. Prior to joining the association as Head of Policy Affairs, she served as Head of Office at Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty (RFE/RL) in Vilnius, where she oversaw bureau operations, stakeholder engagement, and governance in a dynamic international environment. Earlier in her career, Milda held a position at the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport of Lithuania, where she managed EU-funded initiatives, conducted policy analysis, and contributed to the development of regulatory frameworks in close cooperation with the European Commission. Her diverse professional experience across media, public policy, and finance provides a strong foundation for navigating the evolving fintech landscape. This enables her to effectively bridge the needs of industry, regulators, and society, supporting the growth of a transparent, innovative, and resilient fintech ecosystem.
