Asta Grigaitytė

Company: FinXP
I bring over a decade of experience in the financial industry, with deep expertise in payment systems, regulatory frameworks, and fintech operations. My experience across both regulatory institutions and fintech companies has given me a well-rounded perspective on the European fintech landscape, enabling me to bridge the priorities of regulators and innovators and foster constructive dialogue between them. Also, having served two terms on the LFA Board, I have a strong understanding of the association’s priorities, member needs, and the evolving Lithuanian fintech ecosystem.
By leveraging technology, collaboration, and community engagement, I believe Lithuania can further strengthen its position as a leading center of excellence in financial markets. LFA will continue to play a key role in this journey by connecting people, sharing knowledge, and supporting innovation across the ecosystem.

A recognised figure in UK fintech who has navigated complex regulatory landscapes alongside multiple regulators, Monika is equally committed to advancing Lithuania’s position as a leading European fintech hub.
Fintech succeeds when startups, regulators and established players work as one ecosystem. I want to help build that culture here in Lithuania and position us as the go-to fintech hub in Europe.
